Integrated product-to-service delivery

A building is a means to an end.  Somewhere safe, warm and dry to live, learn, work or whatever.  Thus a building provides a service to its users. 

1. Who ensures that the new building meets the future needs of the organisation rather than just the current ones?
   

2. who works with the client organisation to find out what those future needs are and to design the processes that the new building will have to accommodate?
   

3. Who takes responsibility for ensuring that a building continues to provide good service to its users?
   

4. Who makes sure that it is easy to maintain?
   

5. Who takes care of maintenance?
   

6. Who makes sure it is easy to adapt and refurbish as user requirements change? 
   

7. Who refurbishes it?
   

These are all important questions for the client, the end-users.
