Last Planner software

Like construction, Last Planner® is a social process.  Last Planner is about making and keeping commitments.  Computers cannot do that.

There is software designed to support the social process.

We recommend you begin Last Planner implementation using paper systems — possibly supported by MS Excel.  We supply our clients with the necessary forms.

Once you and your team are up to speed with all the elements of Last Planner it makes a lot of sense to use one of the web enabled Last Planner systems.
