Last Planner® benefits

In the UK we have worked on:

1. two Waitrose projects where it created a 20% programme reduction for two different constructors;
   

2. a school project delivered 12 weeks early when the project was running 4 weeks late with 48 to go;
   

3. a city-centre housing project delivered 2 weeks early after it was 7 weeks late with half of the 70 week construction period left to run;
   

4. a Travel Inn & restaurant delivered in 14 weeks instead of 20. 
   

These are some of the more spectacular results.  It’s used on civil engineering, hotel, health & commercial projects too.  Few of these projects used 100% of Last Planner. 

In South Africa we are working with a civils team working through the uncertainty of the rainy season on enabling works for an open-cast pit.
